Our Story
Sutterson Reed was founded on a vision shaped by two countries, two cultures and one enduring belief: exceptional financial service should be built around people, not products.
Born and raised in Switzerland, Jessy Kadimadio, founder of Sutterson Reed, developed an early appreciation for entrepreneurship, discipline and precision. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family environment, he learned the importance of hard work, personal responsibility, long-term thinking and recognising opportunity where others might see only complexity.
His professional career began in Switzerland across insurance, retirement planning and real estate. During that time, he recognised a recurring pattern: clients rarely needed only one service. A property purchase led to questions about financing, a sale raised banking considerations, and entrepreneurs often required support with company structures and wider financial matters.
Mr. Kadimadio understood that the real value did not lie in selling a single product. It lay in understanding the client, seeing the wider picture and delivering the right solution through one trusted relationship.
He later relocated to the United Kingdom, drawn by its entrepreneurial culture, international outlook and relationship-driven approach to business. This move allowed him to combine the standards associated with Swiss private banking — discretion, precision, trust and quality — with British commercial thinking, international connectivity and a strong culture of enterprise.
From that combination, Sutterson Reed was created: an International Private Office operating under a Boutique Private Bank Model.
Today, the firm opens international and multi-currency accounts, incorporates companies across several jurisdictions and arranges private credit for private clients, entrepreneurs and businesses. Every instruction is handled with discretion, precision and a clear commitment to execution.

Sutterson Reed Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales, established to provide clients, counterparties and professional introducers with a clear, transparent and internationally minded operating structure. The firm was incorporated on 16 February 2023 and is registered under company number 14667555.
Operating as an International Private Office under a Boutique Private Bank Model, Sutterson Reed delivers exclusively non-regulated financial services across Global Banking, Corporate Structuring and Private Credit. The firm does not accept deposits or provide regulated financial advice, and any regulated product or activity is undertaken by an appropriately authorised institution where applicable.
This structure allows Sutterson Reed to remain independent, responsive and entirely focused on execution, while maintaining the governance, transparency and professional standards expected by private clients, entrepreneurs, businesses and professional counterparties.
