When the request first came in, the client had already spent several weeks trying to secure Centre Court tickets for Wimbledon. It was meant to be a surprise for his mother’s milestone birthday, and he had set his mind on something very specific: tickets for both the Ladies’ Final and the Gentlemen’s Final.
